Our objectives in Grosswallstadt are:
- To offer a repair location close to the airport enabling central European repair solutions for time critical repairs. Ideally suited for European laptop, car navigation, medical equipment and automatic bank teller ( ATM ) repair projects.
- To offer a central German repair location targeted at the manufacturers based near Frankfurt an who require a local service provider close to the Rhein-Main area.
- To offer the industry an alternative repair solution to our major competitors in the region. Healthy competition is a value add to all.
- To act as our central German hub managing the nationwide 2 man handling, on site ( in home) service of LCD and Plasma TV´s
- To offer the industry a second repair location in , capable of absorbing volume fluctuations and thus ensuring continuity of services during seasonal peaks.
