Our objectives in are:
- To set up a repair location offering a centralised depot repair solution for the Polish market.
- To set up a state of the art polish call centre with an initial capacity of over 8.000 calls per month managing all RMA, pre and after sales activities for the industry.
- To reduce the total service partners from over 80ASP´s to one depot solution specialising in high volume repair activities.
- To duplicate the LetMeRepair, state of the art, logistics solutions in managing a pick up and repair activity.
- To set up the RMA returns management and screening activities for low value products
- To offer the industry a gateway into the Eastern European territories whilst maintaining a service structure in the stable polish environment

Hotline:
- The hotline will initially focus on the Polish market and will cover the following languages: Polish and Russian if required.
FRU Level Repair: ( Full Replacement Unit )
- Notebooks, LCD TV, Plasma TV, TFT Monitors, CRT Monitors, MP3 Players, Set top Boxes, DVD players, home entertainment systems, radios and VCR recorders
Switching and Fulfilment: ( Market returns and credit note management )
- Management of market returns from the trade, credit note management, screening and functional test, management of external repair services and return to vendor ( RTV ) processes for low value products.
