LetMeRepair Midrand - SOS Mobile

LetMeRepair does it again. The initiative of a Joint Venture between LetMeRepair and SOS Mobile opens the door to a new level of Cellular repairs within the South African region. With LetMeRepair and SOS Mobiles complimentary capabilities and resources, the two companies have formed a Strategic Alliance to deliver “the next level of service excellence” of Cellular Repair services throughout the continent

The objective is to enhance cost optimisation by integrating both companies mobile phone customer bases in one repair premisis. Sweating assets and reduction of indirect cost will ensure a fianancially sustainable mobile repair activity ready to face the economic turbulences and cost pressure experienced on the market.

LetMeRepair has moved its cellular customers and all the related GSM repair equipment into the SOS facility. The LetMeRepair OPAL system (Order Processing And Logistics) has also been installed ensuring a 100% LetMeRepair conform data integration and transparance.

The strategy behind joining the forces is also aimed at ensuring “customer delight” to the OEM’s, Distributors and end users by taking advantage of the high level technical intellect and abilty in both organisations.

Repair Levels:

• Joining forces enables the company to offer level 1 “component swop out repairs” through to level three 3 “on board soldering repairs” to our cellular clients, saving them time and money in the post sales cycle.
