purpose of the job:
To manage the operations and ensure staff follow processes and provide customer service within set SLA’s
responsibilities:
- Must be able to use all Software Applications used by the company.
- Provide customers with telephonic feedback where required.
- Managing escalation on unresolved or urgent issues.
- Handling difficult customers professionally and respectfully.
- Must interact with technical personnel and fellow managers.
- Perform all administrative functions required by department, e.g.. job capturing, quoting, invoicing, generating reports, updating systems, etc
- Ensure that all administrative functions in relevant departments are consistently conforming to required specifications.
- Must be able to swap between administrative rolls, e.g. Fill in for, or assist a colleague.
- Daily operational reporting on repairs status and customer issues.
- Responsible for all personnel in the workshop.
- Responsible for all functions relating to correct procedures processes, feedback and interaction with the company's customers.
- To perform any other tasks requested from time to time(in consultation and the employee), relevant to the continual progress of business activities.

experience:
- Must have knowledge, understanding and experience of computers and all associated peripherals.
- Must have experience in working in a service environment.

- Must be able to perform well under stress / pressure
- Must be a good motivator of people.
- Must have a good understanding of warranty and other processes relating to the computer service industry
- Good understanding of logistics
- Good understanding of stock control
- Good understanding of the company's financial systems and requirements
- Good understanding of job tracking systems
- Must be able to operate independently
- Operational experience in support and maintenance
- Operational experience in the Microsoft operating systems and Office Suite applications
- Hands-on experience of hardware and software problem resolution.
education:
- minimum grade 12 or equivalent NQF qualification
- relevant technical / electronics qualification
- 3 A+ and N+ qualifications would be a definite advantage in securing this position
