purpose of the job:
To provide excellent Technical Support and customer service to each customer contact
responsibilities:
- to ensure quick, accurate and efficient diagnosing of fault and logging of call
- to maintain quality agreed benchmarks
competencies:
- delivering results & meeting customer expectations
- ability to work independently
- coping with pressure
- flexible and willing to work in a team and if required willing to work longer hours
- 100% focused and dedicated to customer satisfaction
- proactive in keeping the customer informed
- must have good telephone soft skills and completely fluent in English and Afrikaans
experience:
- 3 years hardware break fix experience on HP PSG (laptops) products
education:
- minimum grade 12 or equivalent NQF qualification
- relevant technical / electronics qualification
- A+ would be a definite advantage in securing this position
