5 years LetMeRepair in Poland

Exactly 5 years ago, on 9th May 2007, LetMeRepair Poland opened its doors in Kalisz as the first LetMeRepair service operations in Europe outside the home market Germany.

Looking back to this time, being given the opportunity and trust to take over the former Grundig repair workshop and technical call centre in Kalisz has been the perfect basis to develop into the Polish market. After building up the relationships with all local retailers, adapting the pickup, repair & return business model to local customer behaviour the product scope has been massively extended from TV / HiFi products to set top boxes, projectors, notebooks, printers, 3G modems, professional devices as well personal care and household appliances. The move into the new LetMeRepair owned 4,000 m² building in Kalisz in 2010 completed the transition to a multi vendor / multi product state of the art after sales service provider.


The shareholders and the management of the LetMeRepair Group are convinced about Poland becoming even more important for the Group in the coming months and years. The Polish market is one of the fastest growing markets in Europe and instead of just using Poland as low cost repair operations for Europe we absolutely believe in today’s and future strength of the domestic market in Poland.


After the reorganization in 2011 we see LetMeRepair Poland prepared better than ever for the challenges to come. A strong but extremely flexible organization paired with comprehensive and highly diversified product know how, that is LetMeRepair Poland in 2012 and the future!
