LetMeRepair enters the mobile phone repair market


Bautzen/Berlin, 1st May 2013 - LetMeRepair enters the mobile phone repair market with the strategic asset deal for the insolvent Bitronic Service Line
LetMeRepair is delighted to announce the completion of the asset deal for the insolvent Bitronic Service Line GmbH who are based in Kleinmachnow, close to Berlin.

Bitronic Service Line is an after-market service provider for high volume smart phone repair dealing with network providers, manufacturers and online sales platforms. The asset deal includes the takeover of 95 qualified staff, all assets and client base.

The financial and operational takeover will commence as of 1st May 2013. The asset deal ensures a seamless operational transfer for all manufacturers and clients currently managed in the Kleinmachnow facility.

We are pleased to announce that all major clients have confirmed their commitment to remain alliance partners and to further expand the repair volumes. The strategic acquisition provides LetMeRepair direct access to the fast growing smart phone and tablet after sales service market.

LetMeRepair has its EMEA Headquarter in Bautzen, Germany. LetMeRepair offers call centre, logistic, in home and depot repair services related to the product life cycles of electronic, consumer, and IT related equipment.

LetMeRepair manages 21 repair centres in 11 countries with 1000 full time employees. The countries include Germany, France, United Kingdom, Sweden, Spain, Poland, Turkey, South Africa, Mozambique, Botswana and Saudi Arabia.

The client base includes major electronic brands and manufacturers for consumer, IT and mobile technology related products.
